Russel is an exceptional trainer. He makes exercising fun. He’s always cheerful and very motivating. It’s great to train in a group as opposed to trying to battle through on your own. All the woman are very friendly and it is a great atmosphere.I would highly recommend!
Russell and the team are so kind and approachable. I’ve met such lovely people and enjoy a variety of training that suits my needs and is also fun and sociable. I am near the end of my 6 week challenge and I’m actually sad it’s coming to an end, never did I think I would say that! I’ve had great fun and feel so much better, finally I’m enjoying exercising never did I think I’d say that either! Thank you Russell
Mibootcamp is a fun way to get fit outdoors. The lean plan is a fun and friendly way to get fit and also provides unlimited support to get the results you want from menu plans to specialist classes on the use of kettlebells. Russell and his team are great fun and new members are made to feel very welcome.
Russell and the team are great fun and really supportive. The best place to get fit and learn about nutrition. I Would definitely recommend it to any beginners wanting to get fit👍
