My strength and stamina have improved and my body shape is changing for the better.
There was no huge target just to complete the local loop (about 25) miles with hubby. 5 months in I’m still training with focus and direction. The plans are easy to use and suit my lifestyle.
All the coaches are readily available to answer questions in the Facebook group and my coach makes adjustments when necessary. The sessions are by no means easy but their guidance means that recovery, aerobic, power and cadence are all built into the training, leading to an amazing improvement in my cycling. The Facebook group is fun and informative with lots of interesting challenges and evidence-based nutritional advice.
My confidence has increased 10 fold. Last month I managed not only my first solo ride but also a 50-mile ride in Majorca. My strength and stamina have improved and my body shape is changing for the better. I’ve also decided to sign up for my next challenge, so bring on that training.
